Departing from central Athens, you’ll travel by luxury air-conditioned coach to discover UNESCO’S World Heritage listed Delphi. Considered as the navel of the world in the ancient times, Delphi is the most important archaeological site out of Athens.

In Delphi we will visit the famous theatre, where you will enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and get an insight into ancient Greece. Visit the Temple of Apollo, famous for its oracle, and Athina Pronaia. The Museum of Delphi is home to the unique bronze Charioteer, the Naxian Sphinx and the Statue of Antinoos, all providing an amazing insight into ancient Greek culture and history.

After you have had a chance to explore Delphi we will head back to Athens via the beautiful mountain village of Arachova, situated on the hills of the Parnassus Mountains. Enjoy a short stop, providing you with the chance to see the colorful hand-woven carpets and rugs. Sample some of the local cheese and wine, for which the town is famous.
